Every roll is committed to before you play and can be recomputed afterwards. The house picks a secret seed and publishes its hash; you pick your own seed; the outcome is derived from both. We cannot change the seed after seeing yours without breaking the hash.

  1. 01

    Commit

We publish SHA-256 of a secret server seed

  2. 02

    Your seed

You set a client seed we can't predict

  3. 03

    Roll

    HMAC(server, client:nonce) picks the item

  4. 04

    Reveal

Rotate to expose the seed and verify every roll

Your active commitment

Verify any roll

Paste a revealed server seed, the client seed and the nonce. This runs the same formula on raw input — it doesn't look anything up.
